Working with suppliers on development/manufacturing to deliver a robust component for production.-Test specification development and implementation for individual components as well as full system level testing. -Working cross-functionally to develop software and controls strategies to improve transmission capability and reliability.-Product problem solving via the 7step process, and reporting through failure incident reporting group to provide a solution in an accelerated manor.

- Responsible for taking new components from initial design to production, by implementing and completing DVP&R, and meeting applicable engineering standards- Responsible for multiple components for a new Heavy Duty on-highway platform engine including the full air compressor system, flywheels, flywheel housings, and crankshaft adapter- Component development was communicated regularly to upper management and program leadership through presentations, design reviews, and issue updates. Daily tasks also required constant communication between cross-functional team members, suppliers, and test cell technicians, while being on call to resolve any test cell down issues- Directly responsible for resolution of program stopping issues through FIRG, and utilizing RCA/RPS processes to reduce downtime and prevent re-occurrence
