Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define scope, objectives, deliverables, timeline, and technical specifications for various alternative fuel, hydrogen, EV and hybrid projects.

-Responsible for development of a 2500hp capable dual clutch transmission for oil and gas well servicing segment.-Duties include design of new components, and refining design of current components for performance, efficiency, and cost effectiveness by utilizing analysis (FEA/CFD), DBJs, DVA stackups, DFSS.-Developing component technical specifications, and tracking in the PTC Integrity environment.-Utilizing CREO/Windchill PLM software for component design and release. Working with suppliers on development/manufacturing to deliver a robust component for production.-Test specification development and implementation for individual components as well as full system level testing. -Working cross-functionally to develop software and controls strategies to improve transmission capability and reliability.-Product problem solving via the 7step process, and reporting through failure incident reporting group to provide a solution in an accelerated manor.

- Responsible for taking new components from initial design to production, by implementing and completing DVP&R, and meeting applicable engineering standards- Responsible for multiple components for a new Heavy Duty on-highway platform engine including the full air compressor system, flywheels, flywheel housings, and crankshaft adapter- Component development was communicated regularly to upper management and program leadership through presentations, design reviews, and issue updates. Daily tasks also required constant communication between cross-functional team members, suppliers, and test cell technicians, while being on call to resolve any test cell down issues- Directly responsible for resolution of program stopping issues through FIRG, and utilizing RCA/RPS processes to reduce downtime and prevent re-occurrence

-Developed oil drain intervals for heavy, medium, and light duty diesel platforms to reduce downtime and maintence costs for the customer-Responsible for coordination of oil sampling, and analysis-Developed VBA macro to process data for fleets of vehicles-Used understanding of engine interactions with oil to predict issues and correlate back to oil degradation

- Cost reduction design of the A14B auger for skid steers and miniature excavators utilizing Creo2- Developed and built prototype of auger, and provided initial comparative testing to prove out newly designed concept- Supported other design engineers with design of parts for quick couplings, buckets, and other miscellaneous attachments, along with creating drawings for manufacturing- Worked with marketing engineer to go to dealers for real customer feedback, which was transformed into engineering requirements, and started concept generation for new work tools to meet customer needs

- Assisted in the testing and development of off-highway transmissions for the Hauling and Fracturing transmission team- Responsibilities included the no load test cell, along with multiple transmissions to complete development work, and to complete a parasitic drag study - Other responsibilities included in-truck transmission testing and tuning, along with working with technicians to get prototype transmissions swapped in and out of trucks and test cells
