Integrated with Avaya VOIP telephony system using AudioCodes. Also configured Lync Edge server to enable federation with other Lync enabled companies. Implemented Microsoft Unified Messaging to deliver voice mails directly to the inbox.Migrated all switches from Cisco to Juniper EX series as per Richland School District request. Increased bandwidth 10x with 10Gbps WAN and trunk links, and 1 Gbps down to the desktop.Maintains district backup strategy using Commvault by Simpana and an all-disk based backup solution. Enabled data deduplication as well as off site disaster recovery synchronization.Classroom trained for network forensics with industry leading software, Wireshark.
