Member of a 26-person team within the National Joint Operations and Intelligence Center (NJOIC) which maintains 24/7-365 global situational awareness and provides timely, accurate, and relevant information to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs (CJCS) and Secretary of Defense (SECDEF). Coordinate and collaborate with the Command Centers of the Combatant Commands, Services, and other Government Agencies.Informed the CJCS and SECDEF of critical current combat operations in Syria and Iraq providing the best advice to the President of the United States (POTUS) and National Security Council (NSC).Prepared the CJCS and other senior officials for multiple Congressional hearings and briefings supporting Congressional oversight. Covering a wide range of topics to include fighting Ebola in West Africa, providing earthquake Humanitarian Disaster Response Assistance in Nepal, evacuation of the U.S. Missions in Libya and Yemen, Counter-ISIL operations in Iraq and Syria, transitioning the mission in Afghanistan, and resurgent Russian, Iranian and North Korean aggression.

• Led a 14-person division responsible for training and standardization of the Joint Force Targeteer. Providing four joint certified courses globally (Collateral Damage Estimation- CDE, Battle Damage Assessment- BDA, Joint Targeting Staff Course, and Weaponeering Application Course). • Completed requirements as a Certified Joint Targeting School Instructor, and a Joint Qualified Officer (Joint Professional Military Education Level I and Level II). • Certified over 3,000 targeting personnel (military, civilians, enlisted, officers, US and coalition) while assigned to the Joint Targeting School, updated all courseware and training materials, implemented automated testing, grading and distant learning. • Initiated cyber training in all four JTS courses by leveraging USCYBERCOM and NSA expertise to enhance the coverage of cyberspace considerations while conducting targeting operations. • Conducted an average of 27 In-resident course iterations and 18 mobile training team trips per year. Accredited select combatant commands and service schools in Collateral Damage Estimation, and completed the 3 year joint re-certification for all four JTS courses during tenure at JTS. • Consistently provided world-class support to the Joint Warfighter overcoming fiscal constraints and challenges. Efficiently used available resources to maximize training and educational impact. As the JTS Director, obtained a 100% budget increase for JTS during a period of DOD budget cuts, the first increase for the school in over 7 years.
