It was born of the frustrations that our team faced in our previous roles, namely that most current industry-standard learning platforms have such a large technical deficit that it is difficult to see them as being able to support emerging and future tech.We've created a couple of SaaS platforms to help with the creation and management of learning, information, and documentation. Our platforms are focussed on creating content-rich lessons, courses, and curricula. They're geared up in such a way that course and or department leaders can track student progress with an extremely high level of fidelity.We're aiming to serve any content, to anywhere to anybody whilst providing the metrics that matter to those that need them.

Design and development of courseware for the United Kingdom Military Flight Training System.

As an instructional designer I am responsible for the design of e-learning materials, from the initial conceptualization all the way through to delivery of the finished product. This involves storyboarding of content provided by SMEs, copy-writing, UI and UX design and the design and development of HTML5 web assets. Combining these skills has allowed me to produce rich learning experiences for clients such as Regus, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and BCS - the Chartered Institute for IT.

Management of the migration of Nelson Thornes’ XML based Kerboodle LMS over toOUP’s SCORM based Social Learning Content Management System (SLCMS); a majorcomponent of their blended learning model for secondary education.• Tracking project status within the principles of an AGILE project management frameworkwhilst utilising JIRA project tracking software• Fault finding and fixing if possible; if not - reporting any problems to relevant parties• Checking image rights and permissions prior to publishing• Responsible for artworking, image retouching, proofreading and editorial amendments• Instructional design: developing new content and activities in conjunction with authorsand editors• Delegation of work to individuals best suited to the task
