Hired on to lead a company initiative to establish the BAC Valves product line in the US. BAC has a rich history and is an established brand in foreign markets so it's my goal to develop, create and build a similar foundation in the US oil & gas sector with our specialty application and cryogenic ball valves.

I was brought on to begin the business development phase of a new valve product line for oil & gas. My time was spent wearing many hats and being utilized in many areas of the development process. This would include: - Real-estate research for inventory warehousing- Establishing relationships with our manufacturing partner- Designing a business plan for entering the North American market- Developing potential customer relations- Hands on modifications needed for valve inventory to meet customer requirements

Responsible for helping maintain and build potential and already existing investors in current/upcoming projects.

To help develop and grow the Cameron Artificial Lift product line in West Texas.

Due to organizational changes, my position continued to be molded and diversified into many different roles and responsibilities. I was initially brought in to be inside sales for our accounts in south Texas. I was quickly moved into a field service supervisor and CTSR (Customer Technical Service Representative, Inside Sales) role with our facility in Pearsall, TX. I was responsible for Artifical Lift Solutions customer, field and shop operations for the south Texas area.

Main focus was managing and allocating migrating and slow moving inventory (SMI) for Cameron's Artifical Lift Solutions group. I was responsible for creating weekly presentations, quarterly reports and coordinating actions to prevent and reduce inventory levels that were a danger of moving into and/or were already in SMI.
