Mid-Atlantic Regional Operations Director, Baltimore MD.: Ensured the successful achievement of Medi-Dyn, Inc. profit plan for the region, and achievement of corporate goals identified by the President, Executive Vice President, and Medi-Dyn executive board. Provided operational, technical, budgetary, personnel and account relations guidance to account directors and set performance expectations. Also served as the liaison between Medi- Dyn corporate leadership and hospital administrators, administering Medi-Dyn contracts in the region to ensure legal and financial compliance. Conducted site visits and reviews to ensure accounts met or exceeded Medi-Dyn procedural, quality and productivity performance standards. Developed safety standards, incident tracking tools and compliance measurement assessment tools and provided on-site support to all Medi-Dyn full service accounts.
