Responsible for Administrative Reviews involving career implications for all personnel within the portfolio. Developed, implemented and oversaw the execution of a movement plan for over 400 officers within the RCAF yearly.Liaised with Senior Squadron leadership to ensure that operational capabilities of sub-sections was maintained while implementing a plan balancing the long term development of individuals and the strategic need of the institution.
