Over 20 years experience in community development and social enterprise and social innovation. Previously employed at managerial level throughout Ireland within the local development and social economy sector I now work for Pobal who manage a number of community and social enterprise programmes on behalf of the Irish Government. In recent years I have developed my academic and research skills and have written and presented academic papers on social enterprise to the EMES international summer schools in Denmark and Belgium.
