Current• In the absence of supervisor, perform supervisory duties such as overseeing work of student drivers. • Train student drivers on moving route trucks into place for loading/unloading. • Process load sheets in SAP; verify that drivers have proper paperwork; and ensure trucks are properly maintained. • Drive an average 4,500 miles/week as certified CDL-A OTR Driver. • Perform pre/post trip inspection of vehicle daily; deliver to schedule 98% of the time with 99% customer satisfaction.• Maintain 100% clean driving record and 100% clean drug screening tests. Meet all DOT and company regulations and requirements.• Properly document all shipments and work performed. • Conduct truck and safety audits; schedule defrosting and maintenance of trucks as needed. • Responsible for ensuring student drivers conduct themselves in a manner consistent with company mission values code of ethics policies and other standards of conduct.
