I have been given the opportunity to be a Bindery Supervisor for Bayard Printing, I am excited to start my new journey!I have over 15 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment. I worked as Lycomings Warehouse and Distribution Supervisor, running the day to day for internal movements with a crew of 35 union employees, as well as the receiving of product into the plant. I also worked as an Operations Supervisor for VetForce Inc. I helped run the day to day Security jobs throughout the state and plan the routes for their transportation security and do the schedules for the sites. I also work as Armed Security working all of the sites as well.Previously, I was a Signal Support Systems Specialist for the United States Army, where I installed, maintained and repaired communications equipment from phones to satellite radio equipment.Competencies: Logistics, Computer hardware and software, Leadership, Supervisory skills, Problem solving, Lean Practioner, Driving Change.
