Using our large network, myself and my partner have a small creative studio business. We focus on an array of photography as well as the design, implementation, and marketing of small business websites. We use our collective understanding to create their platform and market their brand to their desired audience. Still currently in its infancy, we have laid the groundwork and started planning a larger scale service. Currently only assisting word of mouth clientele.

As a high quality branded apparel company, Brist MFG not only manufactures apparel for our clients but also offers online retail and wholesale eCommerce solutions on behalf of our clients. As the lead developer, I was tasked with the creation, deployment, and management of an all-encompassing and scalable eCommerce package. This included internal DevOps, Reporting & Analytics, Product & Order Management, Customer & Technical Service, Third Party Shipping & Logistics, as well as individual Site Builds & Developments. I started in Real Estate working under a handful of agents as a transaction coordinator and assistant to quickly understand the qualities of a successful agent. Specialized in commercial sales and leasing but also worked a considerable amount of residential sales. Had to adapt to many market changes as well as expand my understanding to maintain a fully functioning small business. Cultured clients from all lead sources and successfully assisted them in the acquisition of property or leaseholds for personal, business or investment needs. The workload required a vast understanding of business needs, marketing, investment indicators as well as negotiation, sales and client relations techniques. Had to use my strong time-management and organizational background to drive success.

Began at Hertz as a Manager Trainee in Bellingham, WA. Through strong sales performance and demonstrations of effective leadership qualities, I was rapidly promoted to Branch Manager of a struggling location in Bremerton, WA. After Reestablishing the branch, building lasting accounts and developing a strong, well-functioning team I was again promoted to the Branch Manager of Washington's Flagship Branch in the heart of Seattle. With my background in logistics and team development, I changed the cultural mentality of the location as well as laid groundwork to further the already strong reputation Hertz had in the area.

Instructed clients on musical theory as well as piano and keyboard playing techniques in a variety of styles.Held open office hours for special instruction on recoding, mixing and sound design.
