Curt is the Founder and President of Davis Financial Management. The firm is a boutique practice specializing in financial planning and asset management. Upon securing a B.S. in Business Administration from Bryant University in RI, Curt began his career over 35 years ago with a Wall Street firm where he was promoted and served as Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager of the San Jose, California office. He secured his designation as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® practitioner from the CFP® Board of Standards, and earned the CHARTERED FINANCIAL CONSULTANT® designation from the American College. Desiring a greater emphasis to serve his clients’ personal financial needs, he made the decision to establish Davis Financial Management in 1999. The focus is on independent thinking and instituting a holistic approach to addressing his clients’ financial needs. Curt has served as an industry consultant to money managers, private equity firms, hedge funds, and software companies. He frequently conducts seminars for local groups and organizations as a community outreach. He also maintains a growing clientele with members of a local credit union, serving as their financial advisor. Curt enjoys spending time with his family, travel, reading, road cycling, playing the trombone, and being active in church activities.
