Responsible for sales forecasting, supply chain management, and general administration for a 5 million dollar per year brewery and restaurant enterprise. Key duties include overseeing facilities and operations, P+L responsibility of the bar business unit, monthly general ledger reconciliation, verification of daily receipts, checking transaction records, scheduling, special event coordination, and overall support for a 100-member staff.

Responsible for providing exemplary customer service by monitoring up to 18 service staff members, providing managed guidance, supporting the customer service roles of the wait staff, and generally assisting management staff in restaurant operations. Also responsible for a number of specific customer service functions, including greeting and conversing with guests, ensuring specific order requirements are satisfied, suggestive selling of menu items, and generally creating a warm, friendly atmosphere for guests.
