Within 3 months this change resulted in a more streamlined product offering, reduction in operational costs while adding over $17,000,000 in corporate assets. • Established Contact Center including VOIP technology, VRU and PBX interface, along with established scripts for customer service. Received approximately 18,000 calls per month.

Primary responsibilities included Management of the LAN/WAN engineers and the Computer Operations team. • Created a disaster recovery plan for all of the services provided by the county. This incorporated a third party service and agreements with outside vendors in case of an emergency. The actual response time would be under 48 hours before critical services were restored.• Project manager for network conversion al all county locations which included over 30 buildings.

Primary responsibilities included managing all technical departments: Custom Programming, IT, First and second level support. The company was purchased by Platinum Technology after the explosive growth.To differentiate our ERP product and drive sales, created a 4 hour customization service at no additional charge. This generated strong interest in billable customization services beyond the 4 hour limit. That allowed the company to grow over 700 percent in three years.During this explosive growth I implemented a new PBX system which reduced telephony costs for the company and its remote users. Calls were reduced by over 60% nationwide.
