As a Software Implementation Analyst, skills and responsibilities included:• Understand functionality and application of Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager software.• Provide support to end users on a variety of issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems.• Complete testing during release and service release cycles.• Comply with defined strategies, processes and procedures.• Perform on-site and off-site services to customers during project implementation. • Determine how software may solve customer’s needs and issues.• Participate on team that is communicating with customers.• Apply procedures and consult with customers to determine hardware and software specifications for on-site services. • Document, analyze, validate and configure software based on user or system specifications and requirements.• Assist customers with version upgrades from prior BMQR software versions.• Consult with users to develop and create custom reports.
