I have two parallel career paths, in both of which I am currently active.1) Data processing, analytics, cleaning. Converting raw data from multiple sources, matching person/events across those sources, resulting in data structures ready for statistical analysis. In the past I used SAS, SQL, and GIS tools to do this. For the last three years I have replaced SAS with Python/Pandas and have extensive experience converting legacy processes to Python.2) Full stack .NET web development. I wrote and still maintain several websites used to track behavioral health services in school settings. I wrote much of, and currently maintain the WA State Healthy Youth Survey website https://www.askhys.net/. This site delivers complex survey results in a unique and comprehensive format.I have recently found that my web development skills are useful in my data processing career. All metadata and business rules for my new work are maintained via a web interface. This gives the analytical staff full transparency and empowers them to changes these as needed without programmer intervention.
