Using standard system development methodology, develops artifacts including, but not limited to: business cases, vision documents, use cases, requirements, Software Development Plans, Iteration Plans, Software Architecture documents, Risk Lists, testing documents, Deployment Plans, and/or Configuration Management Plans. Serves as a technical expert for IT software development related to survey processing, which includes providing expert technical advice, guidance, and recommendations to management and other technical specialists on critical IT issues.
