Curtis is a Residential development specialist having worked across all facets of the industry including project marketing, site sales, acquisitions and valuation.Curtis joined Colliers in May 2007 as National Director Site Development and in July 2010 moved to the Project Marketing business specifically to build a Sydney North Residential team focussing on project opportunities in the Sydney North markets. In February 2015 Curtis and the North Sydney moved to the CBD to further leverage the growth of the NSW Project Marketing team.My previous position was the Sales & Acquisition Executive NSW for Sunland Group where I was responsible for implementing Sales & Marketing systems and procedures for NSW, managing the project sales teams and acquiring new developments for the NSW business. My prior role was as NSW General Manager of PRDnationwide Corporate focusing on Project Marketing and development services. During his time at PRDnationwide I effectively re-engineered the business and built a pipeline of over $450 Million in project sales.Prior to PRDnationwide I was Managing Director of the Sydney office of valuation firm Herron Todd White. I specialised in Residential Development Sites, 5 Star Accommodation Hotels and Residential Golf Resorts.
