 Throughout my tenure at GENCO we averaged 15%+ annual growth. I served in a number of leadership roles and was personally responsible for customer relationships, operations, sales, marketing, systems, human resources including union avoidance. For the last three years I had direct responsibility for three of six business units, serving over 100 customers in five countries.  Played key role in four acquisitions, including due diligence, purchase negotiations and integration.

Responsible for return center operations and liquidation of majority retailers in North America, including Target, Best Buy, Canadian Tire, Sears, Kmart, Walmart, and many others including companies such as HP, Dell, Unilever, and P&G.

Responsible for all reverse logistics for Wal-mart and Sam's club. During this time, my team and I established productivity measurements, incentive programs for both associates and managers, automated the process in all return centers, and over a four year period increased productivity by more than 150%.

Responsible for all financial controlls and reports for all food divisions in Wal-mart as they entered the grocery business.

Lead the Corporate Audit team that conducted audits of all corporate departments, construction audits, and contract audit.

Conducted store audits and inventories. During this time I earned my CPA certificate.
