Previously, I practiced in Austin, TX, where I served as a member of Texas Accountants & Lawyers for the Arts, providing pro bono counsel to artists and entrepreneurs on IP and business strategies.I hold an LL.M. in Business Law from The University of Texas School of Law and a J.D. with a certificate in Intellectual Property from the University of Nebraska College of Law. As a member of The Order of Barristers, Texas Bar College, and the Customs and International Trade Bar Association, I remain committed to legal excellence and continuing education.My research interests include cultural property law, art market regulation, and emerging legal issues in digital art—interests shaped by my pre-law background in luxury retail specializing in wine and fine goods.Based in New York City, I'm energized by its dynamic arts scene and cultural institutions.
