Strategic Recruitment • Analyzes, determines, and attends recruitment events and professional conferences, provincially and nationally.• Advises and assists with the design/development of promotional materials and branding imagery• Creates and manages social media campaigns in relation to recruitment• Collaborates with Human Resource Operations to develop appropriate advertising venues, and cost/benefit of ongoing contracts for advertising services• Develops and executes scalable recruitment/branding strategies• Initiates contact with active and passive candidates to facilitate employment with Covenant Health• Develops, organizes, and facilitates secondary/post secondary hiring initiatives for the organization• Consults & advises management on various immigration processes including Labour Market Impact Assessments, Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program, and work permits for internationally trained healthcare professionalsWorkforce Planning/Report Analysis• Collects and collates data for Covenant Health’s Workforce Planning Model. • Maintains an understanding of the Work Force Planning Model and is able to answer inquires pertaining to data collection• Generates reoccurring and unique reporting for management and organizational wide initiatives
