As a Crew member at Trader Joe’s my primary role is to provide a friendly and efficient shopping experience for customers. I have been a section leader for several different product areas of the store where I am responsible for maintaining product inventory and presentation. I enjoy working as a team with fellow Crew members and helping to train new employees.

My role as guest services intern included answering phone and email inquiries, directing visitors, and cataloging visitor data. I also monitored galleries, which entailed educating myself on the artwork in the museum in order to answer any questions guests might have. I also provided assistance at special museum events, such as openings and film screenings.
