Led all aspects of Midrex's technology strategy, governance, and operations, aligning IT initiatives with business objectives to drive growth, innovation, and competitive advantage. Oversaw a global team responsible for service delivery, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analytics, and digital transformation initiatives. Collaborated globally with executives and business units to deliver technology solutions that optimized operations, enhanced customer experience, and created new revenue streams.

The purpose of the Board of Advisors (hereinafter "Board") is to assist the Dean of the College of Computing and Informatics (hereinafter “College”) at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (hereinafter “University”) to identify and execute programs that will be beneficial to the long range plan of the College. Such programs will be instrumental in enhancing the College’s image in the community, engaging community industries to provide jobs for the College’s graduates, discovering opportunities for research among the area’s businesses, discover funding opportunities for the College’s needs, and using one’s influence to promote the College.The Board consists of members who individually, or in representation of a supporting corporation, non-profit, or other organization, who through a direct contribution of valued support strengthens the College’s capacity to engage the community in important and meaningful ways.• Assisted the Dean of the College of Computing and Informatics at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte to identify and execute programs that were beneficial to the long-range plan of the College. • Such programs were instrumental in enhancing the College’s image in the community, such as engaging community industries to provide jobs for the College’s graduates, discovering opportunities for research among the area’s businesses, and identifying funding opportunities for the College’s needs.• Served on the Student Success committee as well as helped form and chair the Entrepreneurship committee, which led to new entrepreneurship courses being offered at UNC Charlotte and connected students to the Charlotte entrepreneurial community.

• I was one of the original co-founders of C5 Insight, a technology and management consulting firm, and served as a Managing Partner until December 2016. • C5 Insight was a Microsoft Gold Partner with a mission to change how organizations collaborate. • Co-led company vision, mission, and strategy, and led the Modern Work practice as well as software engineering across all practice areas. • Primarily focused on company leadership as well as building vision and roadmaps for digital/modern work solutions, delivering executive briefings, leading multi-day/multi-site assessments, as well as implementing adoption and change management frameworks to ensure that people and process were the key component of any technology success. • Grew the company more than 300% over a 2-year period and was recognized with multiple awards such as Best Places to Work (2011-2014) and one of the fastest growing companies in NC and America (2012-2014).

• Original Founder and President of StreamLogic, Inc. - a technology consulting firm that specialized in technology integration, business process automation, software engineering, and technology strategy to improve business processes, increase productivity, and reduce operating costs. • As a Microsoft Partner, StreamLogic also specialized in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SharePoint technologies for collaboration and business process improvement.• Oversaw the company’s day-to-day global operations, as well as the planning and development of the corporate strategy. • In addition to operational involvement, assumed the responsibility of chief information architect for all client projects. This provided the opportunity to lead, guide, and mentor all members of the StreamLogic technical team.• Grew the company more than 640% between 2006-2009, which led to StreamLogic being acquired in December 2009 by another technology consulting firm, Customer Connect. The new company was rebranded as C5 Insight in January 2010.

• Designed and developed Theodore Wille Intertrade’s (TWI) web-based transactional and procurement tools, which the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) relied on to place and track orders for the U.S. Military. • Initiated the design and development of several components, processes, and procedures that gave TWI's customers a more streamlined and efficient way to manage their orders.• Led a team of 3 software engineers.• Traveled frequently to Europe and the Middle East to integrate systems, meet with partners, and deliver training to teammates.
