I have worked on residential, commercial and industrial projects and have over 5 years experience from summer jobs while completing my Mechanical Engineering Degree at Laurentian University. Graduating out of school and entering the workforce into the economic recession caused by the lockdowns and layoffs of the Coronavirus Pandemic. I went out and started my small business of being self employed doing various small to large scale hardscaping jobs for family friends and neighbors which took off as a result of the quality of my craftsmanship and word of mouth/neighborhood referrals. Which have produced my biggest strengths that include being resourceful, resilient and taking risks in skills I have acquired over the years. Because of this way I am very loyal, diligent and methodical in my work/task at hand, being persistent, seeing it through to completion in doing so at times I have needed to be very creative and adaptable when it comes to problem solving solutions to current problems through using my knowledge of what I have learned from past experiences OR if I don't know researching new solutions from a YouTube video or Google forums. To coincide with being open minded to bouncing the ideas family, friends and customers. Through this process of being self employed I discovered and identified my biggest weakness is communicating my ideas, plans and thoughts with others around me which in turn affects my worktime management skills as I am unware of the needs and plans of others around me.
