Responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the day-to-day operations of Elite's Operations Department, including Business Development, Pre-Construction, and Construction within the Private and Government Divisions.

I manage and oversee the project controls department for Elite Construction & Development. I am responsible for establishing controls and operating policies that identify, monitor, and mitigate risk factors that could impact the success of a project. Additionally, I am responsible for developing reporting structures and processes to share project information with stakeholders both internal and external, ensuring project control reporting documents are produced and that they clearly reflect schedule and timeline status, cost and budget considerations, changes, supplier performance, and other risk levels. Moreover, I provide guidance and consultation to project managers and executive staff to mitigate risks for the duration of the projects.

Part of the Strategic Management group. Defining, negotiating and executing scope discrepancies, project performance and deliverables, and finding innovative, effective, and cost efficient ways for projects of all scope size to succeed. Management of DOE’s Integrated Priority List and contract long range planning.

I provide Construction Management services to a variety of clients, ranging from but not limitied to, Pre-construction services, procurement, bid package development and award, Project Planning, Scheduling, Budgeting and Execution and Project Closeout & Analysis.

Responsible for monthly scheduling of BCWS, BCWP, ACWP. Provided efficient and detailed analysis of schedule and cost variances, changes in Estimated at Completion, and Performance Index Projections on a weekly and monthly basis. Provided scheduling integration between Field Remediation and Cultural Review processes within Washington Closure Hanford to ensure that waste sites are cleared for remediation. Integrated necessary Budget Change Proposals and Internal Change Proposals to align financial and schedule items within correct fiscal months and years.

West 8th Office Tower -Managed the Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Contractors, Elevators Contractor and smaller custom finish work contractors on a 30 Story New Construction Office Building in Seattle.
