During this three-year period I will have diverse assignments that last 12 months each with a possibility of relocating each time. For my first rotation, I am working as a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer at the Fort Worth site. This assignment entails improving plant reliability and reducing overall maintenance cost. This is done through identifying and eliminating bad actors, using predictive maintenance programs to ensure early detection of reliability issues, analyzing KPI data and historical trends, and providing technical engineering expertise and knowledge in operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and inspection of plant equipment. Some of my larger projects for the next year include developing a lubrication mechanical integrity program, optimizing preventive maintenence activities and documentation, assisting in many important capital projects to improve overall plant reliability, and establishing a pump reliability improvement program. In this role, I attended several recitation sessions weekly in which students did a class assignment, presented a question to showcase their understanding, and then asked questions to clarify unknown material. For every week I prepared by looking at the worksheets, the notes, and common errors that students could make when working through problems. We divided the students between 2-3 peer tutors per session as well as a TA, which came out to about 7-10 students per person. The main job of a delivery driver is to safely transport food from the store to the customer in a timely manner. Working with several other drivers, we used teamwork to ensure optimization of delivery routes to maximize customer satisfaction.

I would help less experienced workers with taking orders, while simultaneously preparing orders for customers. This role also involved larger projects such as inventory, counting the cash drawers twice a day, opening the store in the morning, and closing down the store at night. In this role, I worked closely with the owner and my co-workers and showcased leadership, teamwork, and hard-work. When I was a shift lead I worked full time at 40+ hours per week. Show less
