Processing applications for financial assistance

Supporting Faculty leads in the commercial exploitation of their research and enterprise expertise. Assisting staff in identifying and developing commercially relevant opportunities for business engagement leading to enterprise development.

To provide support for the development and implementation of Enterprise for employees within Bucks New University and external partners. To initiate new leads and follow up referrals for new income streams and increase the enterprise activity and income. I am also busy working on conferences and events in Society & Health. In 2016 we hosted a Positive Psychology symposium, an event around World Mental Health Day, the launch of the Centre of Human Performance, the launch of the Social Work Academy at our new campus in Aylesbury Vale and I also worked on the national People Matter event with HEE and IVLWR.I have recently implemented a marketing campaign to promote new courses in Aylesbury Vale and a Business Breakfast networking event to showcase our new facilities in Aylesbury. I am particularly interested in Simulation in teaching and have helped to develop a new Advanced Visiting Skills course for Health Visitors and Community nurses, also worked with the team to adapt a classroom to simulate an older's persons flat to be used for the course.
