- Issue offer letters for all new hires at Pactera, average of 5 offers created per week. - Develop employee engagement practices and implemented “Pactera Cares” for volunteer service opportunities- Conduct technical interviews with candidates for internal and client facing positions- Create employment verification letters for H-1B visa holders, home loan requests, and previous employment- Coordinate background checks and drug screenings for new hires- Perform exit interviews with off boarding employees- Input and analyze employee data for 500+ employees- Educate employees on company benefit offerings and 401K options- Monitor on boarding progress and paperwork for new hires- Compile employment data for turnover analysis, employment trends, and for policy implementation - Process termination paperwork and coordinate off boarding for former employees

-Manage all new employee hires for VMC (Volt Management Company) Consulting-Ensure contract compliance as established with specific customer and Volt agreements-Coordinate with recruiting teams to onboard new VMC hires-Facilitate communication to resolve payroll and personnel inquiries-Act as a liaison to multiple Volt divisions to coordinate service issues and proposals

- Audit previous company longevity payouts according to state laws and regulations-Manage termination pay for employees ending assignments-Summarize weekly, monthly, and yearly data to Director and VP of Accounting -Confirm per diem eligiblity for potential contract employees-Verify vacation, holiday and time off requests for contract employees with Volt.
