• Responsible for on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of IBM and non-IBM systems and components, including hardware, software, networking products, and operating systems• Advise clients of preventative maintenance, configuration, operation, and environmental factors• Primary technical interface to clients for the coordination of hardware and/or software support and delivery of operational services• Perform services activities such as systems assurance, account management, installation planning, systems-level problem determination, discontinuance and relocation of systems and equipment• Provide high level of client satisfaction with technical support, service delivery and operational services• Data center support including installation, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and decommission of servers and components
