Led a team of internal and external resources to design and build a new association management system in nine-months with a capital budget of $550,000. Managed the end to end Aptify system implementation in conjunction with IT. Office Renovation: Managed the addition and buildout of a second office and the full renovation of FP Canada’s existing office space. Responsible for liaising with the general contractor and designer, coordinating vendors and monitoring and reconciling an $800,000 budget for the project. Created temporary workspaces for staff and resolved challenges faced during the three-month construction period while continuing day-to-day operations.
