The dollar has no real value. It is not backed by silver or gold. This flexible currency allows for inflation. If the currency had real value from the start, very little or no inflation could exist. Most people spend a good deal of time worrying about saving money. Most of us have saving goals which may or may not match our future expectations for personal buying power.This type of thinking may seem ‘normal', but is actually more in line with “poverty planning.” People get stuck living paycheck to paycheck, eventually believing this is just the way it has to be.
