Rotational Merchant for Laundry and Home Care in Sam's Club Merchandising Development Program. Managed existing sustainability/recycling pilot program in partnership with Sam's Club and non-profit organizations, while developing, pitching and scaling upgraded Community Recycling Units. Worked with Sam's Club and Walmart to develop concept, strategize, and implement CRU across multiple states while developing a clear vision for return on investment and transparent end to end accountability of recycled goods. We launched a first of its kind recycling program with a verifiable and auditable supply chain from recycled goods to remanufactured products and packaging.

Coordinated with external non-profit organizations, grant holders, recyclers, packaging manufacturers, and internal stakeholders to launch and manage recycling pilot in El Paso, TX to test the circularity economy for PET Thermoform containers. While managing relationships across cross functional teams and external stakeholders, I developed a comprehensive business model to evaluate scalability of project. I was selected to represent all Merchandising interns and present my project and analysis to the CEO of Sam's Club and the entire C-Suite. My project was eventually scaled per my recommendation and is present across over forty locations in the US.
