Currently, I am an Audit Partner at Weaver, LLP. I am the Former Managing Partner and Partner In-Charge of Audit & Assurance Services at HKG, LLP and have been in public accounting since 1988. I am a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the states of California and Hawaii. I specialize in the areas of financial statement audit and technology consulting. I perform contract audit work and also specialize in internal audit services. Prior to joining HKG, I was a partner with the firm Lucas, Horsfall, Murphy and Pindroh. I was an audit manager in the financial services practice of the international accounting and consulting firm of KPMG, LLP, where I spent six years in the Los Angeles office. I have serviced a variety of clients, both public (SEC) and private, in various industries including financial institutions, contractors, manufacturers and not-for-profit entities. I am a native of Los Angeles. I received my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California. I am a active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, California Society of Public Accountants, Hawaii Society of Certified Public Accountants and Institute of Internal Auditors. I also serve, in various capacities, the Board of Directors for Five Acres, AYSO and Pasadena Mental Health Center.

The Advisory Panel Guides the Bank in its pursuit and design of new products and services. It helps determine the new features that are most desirable to current and potential new Bank customers. The Panel reviews products, tools, and services offered by Bank of America and explores ways for customers to get the most out of their relationship with the Bank.

Incorporated on March 12, 1888 as an orphanage for abandoned children, the Boys' and Girls' Aid Society of Los Angeles County was first located at 2150 Glowner Street, Los Angeles. In 1903, the orphanage moved to Mission Street and Orange Grove Avenue in South Pasadena where land for a larger facility had been generously donated. The need for additional space and the board's desire to move the children out of the city led to relocation to a five-acre site in rural Altadena where The Boys' and Girls' Aid Society of Los Angeles County eventually became known as Five Acres. Noted architect Myron Hunt designed the facility’s structures, and the cornerstone for the campus was laid in 1925. Today this site comprises the residential treatment center, therapeutic school and administrative offices.Over its 122-year history, Five Acres has expanded its services to meet the changing needs of children and families. Programs are family centered and focused on the unique needs of the child and his or her family. Active involvement of families and the community is encouraged. When natural families are absent, emphasis is placed on locating permanent alternative families. Connections enhance the child's sense of well being and increase the child's potential for success.

The Pasadena Mental Health Center (PMHC) was founded in 1965 by a group of mental health professionals and concerned community members to provide high quality, accessible and affordable mental health services in th diverse Pasadena area and surrounding communities. PMHC has built a successful track record of offering comprehensive, bilingual/bicultural programs at the Center and at community sites, serving individuals, couples, children and families. PMHC was merged into Five Acres operations in December 2013.
