- Advocates and addresses client concerns across 3.0T MR & PET/MR install bases by troubleshooting and leading escalated engineering issues in customer satisfaction opportunities (CSOs).- Leads a team of 5 for troubleshooting efforts within the systems team and presents findings/updates to MR leadership.

- Conduct needs analysis, stakeholder interviews, usability studies, & product ideation studies with the goal of simplified deployment and rapid efficacy of a junctional tourniquet- Outcome was a patented single assembly unit, which allows self-deployment by injured soldiers. Secondary use cases included simplified & quicker use by EMS teams

- Research addressed cardiac ion channel regulation and cell excitability with the overall objective of understanding human heart disease and arrhythmia mechanisms- Conducted various lab procedures such as polymerase chain reactions (PCR), quantitative PCR (qPCR), cell culturing, surface EKGs, and small-animal handling to investigate probable causes of heart failure- Presented findings at various forums (OSU DHLRI Research Day, OSU Denman Research Forum) and was published as an author in Ohio State’s Knowledge Bank and the Journal of Life Sciences
