Provide subject matter expertise in the credit card processing arena; specifically, the utilization of the TSYS TS2 credit card processing platform. Lead major new initiatives for Wachovia as it continues to grow its credit card portfolio. Provide mentorship to business analysts in the utilization of system functionality.
