By day I am the CEO of Pixelcarve Inc., an award-winning website design and build agency in Toronto, Canada that I co-founded in 1998. TSCC 1694 includes 10 Navy Wharf Court, 9 Spadina Lofts, the Mariner Terrace Town Homes, and a shared recreational facility overlooking the waterfront and Toronto cityscape.I was elected Vice President after a successful year as Treasurer, where I worked closely with the other Board members and Property Management to regain fiscal control of our corporation and balance the books resulting in a 0% condo fee increase. I am currently leading the initiative to renovate the common areas in our building, working with the Board, Management and our Designer/Architect of choice to finalize legal contracts and begin work on the conceptual design.I am still serving as a key member of the Communications Sub-Committee, building out our corporation's new brand, identity, logo and collateral materials, as well as participating in multiple communications projects including newsletter, website, social media, etc.Ongoing initiatives include increasing the customer service, security and overall quality of life in the buildings, as well as looking into Green friendly ideas for better environmental and fiscal health long-term. -

Once elected, I worked closely with the new and existing Board members, as well as our new Property Management to regain fiscal control of our corporation and balance the books. In April we were pleased to announce no increase to the condo fees for the next year.I lead the initiative to renovate our degrading common areas by forming a Renovation Sub-Committee and participating in interviews and site visits towards the ultimate goal of selecting a Designer/Architect who suited our vision.I served as a key member of the newly formed Communications Sub-Committee and worked towards building a brand and identity for the corporation, as well as participating in the creation of new communications materials.Other initiatives I have participated in include enhancing customer service, security, and overall improvements in the day-to-day lives of our residents. -
