In this capacity I supervise and lead a 16-person NC3 Lead Command Manager team that is responsible for 24 command center/post systems supporting the $5.3B NC3 Weapon System. Our team provides pivotal OTE, sustainment, modernization and lifecycle management to critical NC3 systems directly supporting Combatant Commands, USAF Major Commands, senior DoD leaders and the President of the United States.

As Director, IT Services responsible for college-wide IT-related activities for over 160 faculty and staff and 3,000 students enrolled at Northwest LTC's five campuses. As Workforce and Development Officer Responsible for college-wide supervision and management of all college-wide workforce initiatives with business and industry in Northwest Louisiana. Responsible for formulation of customized workforce training proposals, grants, non-credit programs, and continuing education programs.

Barksdale Air Force Base

Serves as the senior enlisted leader and advisor to the commander on all matters concerning the welfare, readiness, effective utilization, and professional development of more than 9,400 military and civilian personnel. Additionally, the wing supports 40 mission partners including Headquarters, Air Force Global Strike Command; Headquarters, 8th Air Force; 307th Bomb Wing and 917th Operations Group. Functional manager for the base’s 15 First Sergeants; responsible for the recruitment, training, development, placement and mentoring of these senior enlisted leaders at the frontline unit level. Functional manager for the wings 4 group superintendents; responsible to assist in the hiring, managing and mentoring of these senior enlisted leaders in the large organizations over the frontline units.

Lajes Field, Azores

Responsible for the health, morale, welfare, professional development, utilization, safety and readiness of the wing’s more than 2,600 military, civilian and Portuguese local nationals and their families. Established, managed and executed wing quality of life programs for Airmen and their families. Functional manager for the wing’s 6 First Sergeants; responsible for the recruitment, training, development, placement and mentoring of these senior enlisted leaders at the frontline unit level. Functional manager for the wings 3 group superintendents; responsible to assist in the hiring, managing and mentoring of these senior enlisted leaders in the large organizations over the frontline units.

Responsible for the health, morale, welfare, professional development, utilization, safety and readiness of the wing’s largest group; six squadrons, 1,132 personnel, $47 Million annual budget and $1.7 Billion in facilities. Established, managed and executed wing quality of life programs for Airmen and their families.

Provides leadership and management guidance to more than 450 personnel in direct support of more than 1,600 451st Air Expeditionary Wing warfighters. Ensures their ability to provide the most effective expeditionary combat mission support to the wing, as well as other Air Force personnel assigned to the International Security Assistance Force’s Regional Command-South. Responsible for the morale and welfare of assigned personnel in the five subordinate units that include the Expeditionary Logistics, Civil Engineer, Communications, and Security Force Squadrons and the Expeditionary Force Support Flight.

Responsible for the health, morale, welfare, professional development, utilization, safety and readiness of the group’s 765 personnel. Ensures personnel are deployment ready for worldwide combat operations. Manages maintenance, training and exercise planning across five communications squadrons. Manages/maintains tactical network and airfield equipment valued in excess of $230 million for expeditionary deployments and humanitarian relief operations. Administers a $10 million budget.

Disa-Pacific,

Managed and oversaw 15 multi-service communicators and 51 network operations center contractors. Exercises operational direction and network management of the $5B Pacific Global Information Grid (GIG) supporting vital C4ISR requirements of the Commander, U.S. Pacific Command. Provides network management and control of 8 Pacific Red Switch Network switches (613+ users), 61 Integrated Digital Network Exchange and Analog/Digital Network Exchange nodes, 63 Defense Switched Network switches (over 210,000 users), 52 Defense Satellite Communications System earth terminals, 31 Internet Protocol (IP) Router Network hub routers, all DoD C2 Network Services on Oahu Hawaii, 2 Standardized Tactical Entry Point (STEP) sites supporting Ground Mobile Forces missions, and over 20,000 circuits traversing 265 GIG sites. Provides overarching network guidance to over 2,000 personnel through 6 facility control offices.
