These include:o Analysis, design, planning, configuration, implementation, integration, administration, support activities.o Requirements analysis, scope definition, and evaluation of technologies and solutions.o Data analysis, queries/reporting, data validation for single or multiple data sources which may or may not include GIS data.o Automation of tasks through scripting and related tools. o Supports ArcGIS Server, Microsoft SQL server based ESRI geodatabase, and ArcGIS Online.Approximately 30% of the responsibilities at this level involve completing day-to-day GIS tasks and requests that come into the IT service desk queue or from notifications from the work order tracking system.
