Hired and built team of 11 from scratch to partner with ~1/3rd of company headcount (1000+) across the Merchant Business to evaluate and prioritize GTM + Ops initiatives focused on improving merchant selection, revenue, retention, product adoption, labor productivity and reducing fraud. Also responsible for overall company revenue performance, pricing strategy for our ads/promos platform, partnering with Merchant Ops and deal desk across all segments, products, geographies and verticals.
