Responsible for the daily management of all operational actions of Yakima Fruit and Cold Storage. Responsible for assisting in the daily management of all other actions of Yakima Fruit and Cold Storage, including determining company mission, policy, and planning, management and administration, finance, relationship building, and leadership.

Responsible for ensuring that Yakima Fruit is creating the ideal product for sales and end customers. Responsible for technology projects and decisions within the company, and for managing and guiding company employees. Works with the sales team to plan and schedule fruit packing, forecast pack planning, and communicate concerns regarding sales and operations. Work with Yakima Fruit employees to schedule fruit packing plans based on sales needs and fruit conditions, open new CA rooms, analyze reports, and approve grower packouts directly correlating to company income. Leads all technology projects within the company, works with technology vendors, fixes technology problems with devices and networks for individuals and the company as a whole, serves as company webmaster and information security lead, assists employees with technology knowledge transfers, and sets up new devices. Manages the workload of various managers and supervisors and guides key personnel to make decisions. Involved with the company QC department, the shipping and receiving departments, production management, refrigeration, plant management, food safety and HR, fruit storage, and farm management.

Part of the Extended Reality team at Accenture, focused on delivering solutions using wearable technology and extended reality for enterprise clients spanning multiple industries, such as oil & gas, mining, and manufacturing. Responsibilities include building and delivering POCs, pilots, and production solutions for clients, building, managing, and showing demos to internal and external parties, researching new technologies, providing continuing support for clients, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors. Taught the Exploring Computer Science curriculum to high school students at Wilcox High School in Santa Clara and Santa Teresa High School in San Jose. Created and gave lessons to the class.
