Assimilated data from each decon site with over 1000 contractors on site and produced progress reports throughout the day to the Incident command center in New Orleans. Responsible for ensuring that personnel, documents, records management and retention standards/policies were strictly enforced for BP.Responsible for near Shore on Water Skimming Operations for 100 square miles from Pensacola, Florida to Orange Beach, Al for the BP Deep Water Horizon oil spill response. Managed, supervised up to 25 vessels with crews and gave direction to 10 HSE employees. Coordinated the daily activities, maintained an inventory of equipment and communicated with the Operations Incident Command Center, Coast Guard and Local & State Agency’s in Alabama and Florida.
