Curt has been involved in real estate since at least as early as 1969 when he invested in his first property. In 1977, Curt became a V.P. with Golfsmith International, Inc. (then Custom Golf Clubs, Inc.), where one of his "hats" was "all things real estate". For the next 25 years, this included acquisitions, liquidations, lease negotiations in three countries/14 states/and over 50 cities. Duties also included oversight of all construction/remodeling, and facilities maintenance.In 2014, Curt decided to practice on the public side, and pursued his real estate license. In 2018, Curt moved his license to Coldwell Banker United, where he serves Residential, Commercial and Farm and Ranch clients to buy, sell, lease, and/or invest in real estate.Previous Experience: Purchasing, contract negotiation, lease negotiation, OSHA and Safety Compliance, human resource management, intellectual property law, contract law, risk management, warehousing operations, retail operations, building business affiliations/relationships, marketing, catalog production and distribution, phone sales operations.
