I advise student-athletes and their families on the selection of an optimal college option to meet their individual athletic and academic goals. To gather this information, I comprehensively research and analyze college choices that include National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I, II, and III, as well as other level programs and select Junior Colleges. Leveraging trusted advisory relationships cultivated with college coaches over the years, I establish connections between the coaches and student-athletes through phone calls, virtual meetings, emails, and video highlight reels that showcase each client’s athleticism. Additionally, I ensure that all my recommendations and connections comply with collegiate athlete recruiting regulations. To date, about 79% of my high school senior clients have chosen to continue their academic/athletic careers.

At Track Houston, I train a diverse group of more than 80 athletes six-to-18-years-old who compete for this prestigious USA Track & Field (USATF)-sanctioned Houston Club. I guide my group of Assistant Coaches regarding organization and preparation for team practices. Our goal is to maximize each athlete’s talent and skills – we’ve produced over 50 Junior Olympics All-Americans from the team.

I oversee the Track & Field and Cross-Country programs for a Houston-area public charter high school, a YES Prep network member. When leading organized practice sessions and inter-school track meets, I try to foster discipline, teamwork, and fair play among our students. In designing a comprehensive training program, I adopted a variety of coaching techniques that enhance each student’s athletic abilities.Our program produced three All-State and 15 All-Region athletes, with every student-athlete in the program achieving their personal bests during 2022/2023 Outdoor Season. Additionally, I instruct eighth graders in Health Education. Coach of the Year 2022.

In this role, I headed regional operations for a national company dedicated to keeping aging military veterans and surviving spouses in their homes. I led a 19-person management team who oversaw over 1,000 shared or leased employees. While expanding our services in the Houston area, we streamlined operations to control expenses and instituted a Shared Service model that boosted margins while doubling the ROI.

Their are financial benefits that are available for veterans, or their surviving spouses, for non-service connected disabilities. The Veterans Administration has established a pension program whereby personal care and attendant home services may be paid for. Our program is designed to provide immediate assistance to qualified veterans and their surviving spouses. It's our desire to see that those who served are provided for in their time of need.
