Managed global cross functional team of up to 10 direct reports overseeing 1,000+ indirect reports.• Increased revenues from $170M to $700M+ (2012 - 2018), a compound annual growth rate >25%, while expanding production from the U.S. to include Europe, Brazil, India, South Africa, Korea and China.• Promoted to the Management Board of Faurecia Clean Mobility. • Accelerated alliance with Cummins by negotiating Commercial Principles and a Joint Development Agreement, enabling greater collaboration on product innovation.• Developed industry benchmark single module product with Cummins, leveraging Faurecia's compact mixer technology. Reduced costs by 40% and size by 60% compared to previous product.• Enabled launch of a new 400,000 square foot manufacturing plant in Columbus, IN that is the global benchmark for automation, digital 4.0 manufacturing with data connectivity, 3D laser scanning for quality assurance and autonomous intelligent vehicles.• Renegotiated agreement with Cummins to enable Faurecia sales to other customers, resulting in successful acquisitions with Scania, MAN, Weichai, Yuchai, JMC, Caterpillar, John Deere, Doosan and JCB. Resulted in an increase in global off road and on road market share from 7% to 17%.• Defined Faurecia's entry strategy into the high horsepower market, analyzed prospective acquisition targets and completed the purchase of Hug Engineering, a Swiss company that is the market leader with $60M in annual revenues. One of four members of the Board of Directors of Hug Engineering.
