In this role, I am the go-between for the delivery of appliances to mostly new multifamily apartment builds and the appliance manufacturer. Use various methods and techniques to schedule delivery. Observe the delivery process, inspect the appliances during and following delivery and installation. Transmit pertinent data to the appliance manufacturer concerning fit, form and function of the appliances. Work with independent service providers (ISP) to ensure appliance delivery and installation meets contractual requirements for both the builder and the manufacturer. Communicate with the builder and builder's representatives concerning delivery schedules, property and appliance damages, shortages, overages and other issues. Presently managing a total of 46 different build sites in the greater San Antonio area.

Developed, implemented and maintained ISO9001:2015 quality management system. Oversaw six QC technicians over three shifts. Established a tracking system for nonconformances, corrective actions, customer complaints and supplier quality. Built an internal auditor training and qualification program. Standardized inspection processes used by the QC technicians. Developed and qualified weld procedures in accordance with AWS D1.1. Established new receiving inspection processes. Collaborated with other managers and employees to produce desirable outcomes in manufacturing operations, procurement, human resources, planning, and plant maintenance. Teamed with engineering, sales and customers to communicate and resolve problems.

Implement and maintain a quality management system certified to AS9100. Oversee product inspection at all stages, measurement management system, supply chain quality, internal audits, and training. Champion-level participant, planning for implementation of AS9100 revision D. Collateral management duties include safety coordinator, training coordinator.
