Working with a team of professionals to consolidate systems from a physical to a virtual environment in a data center.

Managed a team of professionals in a datacenter consolidation project. Managed relationships with government team leads and managed team activities in support of the project. Gained a working knowlegde of goverment policies and procedures.

Responsible for migrating SQL Servers into a virtualized environment for a government data center consolidation project.

Responsible for printing report cards and handling grades for 17 campuses using the Global Scholar Pinnacle system.

Responsible for 5000 desktops and the servers that support them. We use a combination of Linux, Windows, and OSX clients and dozens of software programs used by teachers for education. The district contains 17 campuses located in the cities of Gautier and Pascagoula. These include primary and secondary schools. Responsible for the filtering of internet access as required by CIPA. My job functions include the training of teachers about computer use, especially Macs, maintenance of Linux servers, and network/pc troubleshooting. I am also responsible for filing the district technology plan to the Mississippi Department of Education as required in order to secure E-Rate funding for our communications infrastructure. I also maintain and train teachers in the use of the Schoolwires website, which is used by our district for our web presence for all of our schools.

Responsible for remotely troubleshooting the Platypus Billing System for customers. Also did onsite training.
