Stirling Bridge Properties LLC is a business that purchases, updates and renovates upscale market residential real estate acquired through bank foreclosure auctions. Properties range from $500k to $1.2mm. Renovations generally include new kitchens and baths, floor refinishing, mechanical updates and other services as required.

Changing the collision repair experience one customer at a time. Stirling Bridge Automotive LLC, the parent company of Reisterstown Auto Body, is a 22-bay auto body repair facility with two modern down-draft paint facilities. This operation generated $3mm in revenue annually facilitating repairs primarily for the insurance industry including State Farm, Allstate, AAA, Progressive, Geico, Nationwide and a host of smaller companies. The business was sold in 2015 to Caliber Collision of Dallas, Texas.

StarQuartz manufactures urethane-based grout for ceramic tile and stone. The patented products represented a significant paradigm shift in grout technology which was well received by the industry, growing from a start-up in 2005 to nearly 400 distributors in North America, Europe and Asia by 2010. The company was founded with $1.5 million in seed capital and was sold Bostik for $31 million in 2011.

Beginning as VP of Operations, promoted to President after two years with direct P&L responsibility for a 2.0 million square foot third party logistics provider and non-union stevedoring operation with 200 employees. Working with a strong leadership team, responsibilities included strategic direction, marketing initiatives, real estate acquisitions, operations management and significant IT improvements to promote state of the art third party offering in the mid-Atlantic market. During my tenure, Divisional sales increased from $5 million in 1996 to over $10 million in 2002.

Functioned in a senior management team environment, participating in strategic planning, corporate leadership, new product planning and market development. Activities included P&L responsibility for 100+ employees, including manufacturing operations, engineering staff activities, corporate research and development, capital equipment projects, EPA and OSHA compliance, facilities management, quality enhancement teams, oversight of corporate materials management functions and engineering for the commercialization of new products, including several patents. During my tenure, we developed a new ornamental iron fence product and grew that business into the 2nd largest ornamental fence company in the US. Anchor Fence is a leading manufacturer of chain link and ornamental iron fence products with sales worldwide. In 1996, Anchor fence was sold to the Master-Halco Division of Itochu (Japan) after three strong years of performance.
