Introduced support for DCOM protocol by building COM intercept/recording mechanism, COM script generation engine, and COM playback platform. Recorder entails injecting interception points into system COM plumbing, typelib decompilation, pre/post-processing all COM method calls, translation of raw binary data referenced off stack back into data-types recognizable by VB6. COM scriptgen entails translation of binary packets captured by recorder back into VB6 project files suitable for compilation into an ActiveX DLL. COM playback platform entails VB6 language bindings, COM intercept mechanisms that provide ability to track pass/fail, timing, etc.
