Attorney Marc J. Cusano has been practicing law since 2005. He represents individuals and families in all aspects of estate planning, elder law and probate administration. He also advises business owners in matters of corporate formation, tax planning, asset protection and succession planning. Attorney Cusano concentrates his practice in the areas of sophisticated trust planning involving complex estate, gift and income tax issues, as well as business planning and charitable giving.
