My name is Cusmore Simon. I currently work for a non-profit that provides services to individuals with a wide range of disabilities and has a huge community impact. I enjoy my job and plan to continue to be involved in this community. I also manage Simon Realty Solutions LLC, a company focused on providing solutions to distressed home owners and communities through creative real estate investment strategies.I’ve always been very passionate about real estate since a young age which brought me to starting Simon Realty Solutions LLC. I decided to take action rather then continue watching from the sidelines. I worked hard to put my self in a position to be able to put forth the effort and resources that we all know is required to get started.My main focus is wholesaling and buy and hold multi-family rentals.
